Shelfee is designed by CROWDiNTELL, a retail market research provider on behalf of producers or distributors of consumer goods. CROWDiNTELL also conducts customer satisfaction studies or mystery visits for service providers.
The projects we undertake include data collection on products at point-of-sale (distribution, prices, placement), consumer habits at home or points-of consumption (restaurants, bars etc.), as well as customer satisfaction studies at points where people interact with services (e.g. banks).
For its projects, CROWDiNTELL is based on a increasing community of consumers who, by downloading Shelfee, contribute to data collection and at the same time get rewards by receiving a small part of the research cost CROWDiNTELL clients pay for each project.
